Returns policy

 

 We hope you are happy with your items you’ve received from RedSigns.

However, if you wish to return your item due to the item being too big, too small or it isn’t what you hoped for then you can return it to us. For returns to be accepted and refunded the item must be returned in the condition it was sent out to you, these will be checked by our team as soon as they arrive back.

To return a product to us you must enclose a note with your name, address and reason for return. If this isn’t provided we are unable to issue refunds as we don’t know where the item has come from and therefore you will not be refunded.

Any postage on returns will NOT be paid for by RedSigns. Therefore, we recommend that you use a trackable service and obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for products until we have received them
